Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease or line 12 muffin cups. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
In a medium bowl, melt coconut oil. Mix in eggs, honey, and almond milk and quickly scramble before coconut oil hardens. Add applesauce and mix until combined.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in blueberries.
Transfer to muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Dust with cinnamon.
